Refund Policy

At Excel International, we are committed to providing high-quality skill development programs. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a fair and transparent refund policy.


         1. Eligibility for Refund


Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service.


Program Cancellation: If Excel International cancels a program/workshop for any reason.


Technical Error: If a transaction fails but you were still charged.


Non-Attendance with Advance Notice: If you inform us in writing at least 7 working days before the course commencement.



2. Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:


If you fail to attend the course without prior notice.


If you drop out of the program after it has started.


If you claim dissatisfaction after completing a significant portion of the course.


If content has been downloaded, shared, or accessed extensively.

     

             3. Partial Refunds

In exceptional cases (e.g., documented emergencies), partial refunds may be issued after a review and approval by the Excel

International management team.


         4. How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, email us at info@excel.international with the following details:


Full Name


Registered Email ID


Transaction ID or Payment Receipt


Reason for Refund Request


Proof of Payment (if available)

     

            5. Refund Process


Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after reviewing the request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.




                6. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet:


First, check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
